Description
The Taconic Hills Education Enrichment Fund and the Taconic Hills Arts & Humanities Fund provide grants to support projects that enhance and enrich the educational experience for students and teachers in the Taconic Hills Central School District (THCSD). The funds prioritize innovative, high-quality, and impactful educational opportunities, with a particular emphasis on arts and humanities, interdisciplinary work, and programs that have the potential to be ongoing. Projects may include independent studies, new programs, extracurricular activities, creative projects, visiting speakers, artists-in-residence, professional development for teachers, field trips, and more. Both funds are managed by the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation and aim to ensure that every student benefits from at least one funded opportunity during their time at Taconic Hills.
