Description
The Creative Content Development Program (CCDP) by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) provides financial support for the early-stage development of creative projects, including films, series, documentaries, and animations. The program specifically targets works that prominently feature Taiwanese elements—such as setting, language, or visual style—and is designed to nurture innovative content rooted in Taiwanese culture. Funding can be used for team fees, research, and intellectual property (IP) licensing. If a project proceeds to production, TAICCA retains priority investment rights. The CCDP can be combined with local government grants but cannot be combined with script subsidies from Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture.
