Description
This initiative, jointly managed by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), funds collaborative research projects that involve close cooperation between German and Taiwanese researchers from project conception to execution. The program is open to the Engineering Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences, and emphasizes projects with clear collaborative benefits and strong intellectual merit. Proposals are independently reviewed by both DFG and NSTC, and only projects recommended by both agencies will be funded. The DFG places a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and compliance with good research practice.
