--- ## Description The Women’s Giving Circle Grants, managed by the Linda S. Phaneuf Women & Children Fund in partnership with the Ripley County Community Foundation, provide annual funding to local nonprofits focused on improving the lives of women and children in Ripley County, Indiana. Grant applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee and final recipients are selected by a vote of the Women’s Giving Circle members.
