This initiative, led by Interfaith America, aims to help Centers for Teaching and Learning (CTLs) at U.S. four-year colleges and universities embed pluralism into faculty development. Selected three-person teams—comprised of a CTL senior leader and two cross-disciplinary faculty—receive professional development, pedagogical resources, and up to $10,000 in grant funding. The program’s goal is to equip faculty to foster constructive dialogue, mutual understanding, and inclusive classroom environments that respect diverse identities and viewpoints. Teams participate in both in-person and virtual convenings, design and implement pluralism-focused faculty development programming, and join a national peer cohort for shared learning.
