This opportunity from Interfaith America supports Centers for Teaching and Learning (CTLs) at U.S. four-year colleges and universities to strengthen pluralism in classroom environments. Through the Teaching & Learning Pluralism Cohort, selected institutional teams will participate in professional development, receive pedagogical resources, and be awarded up to $10,000 to implement pluralism-focused faculty programming. The program emphasizes building faculty capacity for constructive dialogue, respect for diverse identities, and collaboration across differences, aiming to create sustainable change in campus culture and teaching practices. Participating teams will engage in a national cohort, attend in-person and virtual convenings, and share best practices with peer institutions.
