Description

TeamUp Grants are offered through the Center for Healthy Nonprofits at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona. The program connects nonprofits with experienced consultants to address a specific organizational need or opportunity. Organizations identify the support most valuable to them, whether they are navigating a challenge, strengthening internal systems, building capacity, or preparing for their next phase of growth.

Consulting can focus on strategic planning, board development and governance, fundraising, financial management, human resources, marketing and communications, organizational development, and program evaluation. Support may include reviewing policies and governance documents, assessing development or marketing plans, facilitating board and staff self-assessments, coaching leaders in transition, planning succession, clarifying vision and mission, or advising on restructuring.
