Description
TeamUp Grants, administered by the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona in partnership with the Connie Hillman Family Foundation, offer nonprofits in Southern Arizona up to 20 hours of fully funded consulting or coaching support. This program is designed to help organizations access expert guidance in areas such as governance, leadership development, assessment, and organizational transformation. The goal is to strengthen internal capacity and advance nonprofit missions by addressing critical organizational needs that typically require external expertise.
Consulting projects are short-term (up to 20 hours), generally to be completed within six months, and are fully underwritten by the program. Priority areas include board and staff development, policy review, DEI practices, action planning, and leadership coaching. The program does not support long-term or operational projects such as interim staffing, executive searches, fundraising events, or IT/graphic design work.
