Description
The Capacity Building grant program provides operational support to nonprofit organizations, enabling them to address critical needs often overlooked by other funders. This includes funding for technology upgrades, professional development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) initiatives, tax and audit preparation, workspace improvements, and access to compensation benchmarking tools. The program is designed to help nonprofits run efficiently and equitably, ultimately strengthening their capacity to serve their communities and fulfill their missions.
