Description
The Capacity Building program from the C. E. and S. Foundation is designed to help nonprofit organizations address critical operational needs that often go underfunded. The program aims to strengthen grantees’ infrastructure and effectiveness by supporting investments in technology, staff development, diversity/equity/inclusion (DEIJ) initiatives, tax and audit preparation, compensation analysis, and office improvements. The Foundation prioritizes current grantees and organizations with smaller budgets, partnering closely to ensure resources are directed to what organizations identify as their most pressing operational needs. The ultimate goal is to help nonprofits operate more efficiently, equitably, and resiliently to better serve their communities.
