The Campbell Foundation’s Capacity Building program provides targeted support to nonprofit organizations—specifically current foundation grantees—to enhance their operational capacity. Recognizing that nonprofits often lack resources for critical infrastructure, the program funds activities such as technology upgrades, professional development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) initiatives, tax and audit preparation, and office improvements. Through these grants, the Foundation aims to help organizations run more efficiently, equitably, and sustainably, ultimately improving their ability to serve their communities.
