Description
Tech Deep Dive is part of The Campbell Foundation’s Capacity Building Program, which helps current nonprofit grantees address operational needs that can be deprioritized in favor of program activities. It supports engaging a consultant to create a Technology Plan and establishing a Tech Committee composed of board and staff members. Together, these efforts are intended to drive technology evolution across the organization and help it use technology more effectively to achieve its mission.
Participation follows a Tech Assessment, which helps organizations understand their technology needs both in detail and holistically. The Foundation uses those findings to identify organizations needing deeper support. The broader Capacity Building Program aims to help nonprofits operate efficiently and equitably while strengthening the Foundation’s partnerships with its grantees.
