Description
Tech for Better Care is a major innovation programme from the Health Foundation, designed to explore and advance how technology can enable more proactive, relationship-centered care at home and in the community across the UK. The initiative aims to address critical challenges in the care system by supporting the development, testing, and piloting of new care models that leverage technology to enhance connections between care providers and recipients. The programme is delivered in three phases—exploring ideas, testing prototypes, and piloting promising solutions—with the goal of creating more person-centered, sustainable, and effective care.
