Technical Assistance Grants are one of two types of capacity building support offered by The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage. They help organizations manage and complete the Center’s application process, rather than fund a separate creative project. For Creative Project applicants, funds can support an outside grantwriter, translation of materials, or other expenses directly related to completing the full application.
The program sits within the Center’s commitment to a thriving cultural ecology in Greater Philadelphia. Its broader grantmaking supports work that showcases the region’s artistic vitality and enhances public life, with an emphasis on mission-aligned work, excellence, care, and conceptual rigor. The Center also values multiple perspectives, inclusive practices, and meaningful engagement with multicultural audiences.
