Description
The Technical Skills Training Grant is designed to help North Dakota employers and training providers create or expand non-degree, rapid training and upskilling programs that address the state's critical workforce needs. Established in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the grant aims to support innovative approaches to workforce development by providing funding for accelerated training initiatives and upskilling of existing employees, including automation-related skills. The program operates through three distinct tracks, each targeting different workforce development strategies.
