Description
The Technology Access Program (TAP) is a funding mechanism within the Delaware Bioscience Center for Advanced Technology (CAT) Grant Program, administered by the Delaware Biotechnology Institute. TAP is designed to help Delaware bioscience businesses access high-end research technologies and core laboratory facilities—such as bioimaging, DNA sequencing, bioinformatics, mass spectrometry, and NMR—at a reduced rate. The program aims to foster innovation, support R&D, and strengthen the state’s life sciences sector by making advanced instrumentation and specialized services more affordable for local companies.
