It supports early-stage founders developing scalable urban mobility businesses, combining customer discovery, business model validation, go-to-market development, pitch coaching, and investment readiness. Participants receive individual mentoring, group training, and access to investors, cities, corporate partners, and the wider mobility ecosystem.

The programme aims to help startups access risk capital and strengthen European competitiveness and innovation. Its thematic areas include transport electrification and alternative fuels, AI and mobility data, urban logistics, shared and public transport, and health and mobility. Support combines in-kind services with cash grants and a potential future equity relationship with EIT Urban Mobility.
