--- ## Description The Journey is a fellowship program dedicated to the personal and professional development of full-time youth workers in Indiana. Sponsored by the Lilly Endowment and administered by the Indiana Youth Services Association, the fellowship includes immersive retreat experiences, peer mentoring, and leadership development opportunities. Fellows join a vibrant statewide network of over 1,350 professionals, gaining access to personal renewal stipends, coaching, and support for earning the Child and Youth Care Certification.
