    Description

    The Journey is a fellowship program designed to foster the personal and professional growth of full-time youth workers in Indiana. Supported by the Lilly Endowment and administered by the Indiana Youth Services Association, the program offers transformative experiences, reflective practices, and leadership development opportunities. Fellows participate in retreats, peer mentoring, and community-building activities, with the goal of enhancing their ability to serve young people and strengthen their impact within their communities. The program is nationally recognized and has a robust alumni network of over 1,350 fellows.
