Community Impact Grants are designed to strengthen nonprofit organizations serving Dubuque, Clayton, and Clinton Counties in Iowa. The program, administered by the Community Foundation of Jackson County in partnership with the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, funds projects that address critical community needs and foster a sense of belonging, equity, and mutual support. Grants can support a wide range of capacity-building initiatives, including leadership development, organizational planning, community programming, network development, and efforts to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion.
