The Three Rivers Community Foundation, a Partner Fund of the Initiative Foundation, provides grants to nonprofit organizations working to improve the quality of life in Elk River, Otsego, Rogers, Zimmerman, and nearby communities. The foundation invests the proceeds of its endowment back into the local area, supporting projects in four focus areas: social, cultural and leisure; public issues and information; human services; and education and lifelong learning. Grants are awarded annually to initiatives that recognize, encourage, and strengthen local resources to build successful and vibrant communities.
