Description
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) administers the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund Competitive Grants Program to develop and rehabilitate affordable rental housing. Funded by profits from THDA’s mortgage loan program, it encourages creative approaches to meeting housing needs through new construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, conversion of non-residential buildings, or combinations of these activities.
