Description
ThyCa Research Grants, provided by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, support innovative scientific research focused on all forms of thyroid cancer. Since 2003, these grants have been awarded annually to projects worldwide that demonstrate high scientific merit and the potential to advance knowledge or improve treatments for thyroid cancer, including papillary, follicular, medullary, anaplastic, and rare variants. The selection process involves independent expert review panels from leading societies such as the American Thyroid Association (ATA), the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AAES), and the American Head and Neck Society (AHNS), with final decisions made by ThyCa. The program is entirely patient-funded and welcomes applications from researchers at any institution globally, regardless of affiliation.
