Description
This opportunity, administered by the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), provides funding for community-based organizations (CBOs) to implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) that support individuals at risk for or experiencing opioid and/or stimulant use disorders (OUD/STUD). The program is part of the State Opioid Response (SOR) 4.0 grant and the Tier Award Program (TAP), with the aim of increasing treatment engagement and improving care transitions across Delaware. Projects must address the needs of at least one high-risk or underserved population, such as pregnant/parenting individuals, veterans, residents of high-need areas, justice-involved people, or school-aged youth.
