Description
This fellowship program offers international cardiac surgeons (within 14 years of completing training) the opportunity to enhance their clinical skills and professional development through observational training at a North American host institution. Additionally, the program supports a visiting cardiac surgeon-mentor to provide training, education, or research support at the recipient's home institution. The fellowship aims to build global professional relationships and improve patient care in cardiac surgery, with awardees expected to share their experiences and findings upon completion.
