Description
This Horizon Europe Innovation Action supports projects that develop specialized tools, methodologies, and processes to enable or improve virtual and physical stress tests of critical infrastructure. The aim is to identify and analyze technical and operational vulnerabilities, inform risk mitigation strategies, and strengthen resilience planning for essential systems. Solutions should leverage simulation, modeling, data analytics, digital twins, and multi-hazard scenario building, and be adaptable across sectors and accessible to diverse stakeholders. Proposals must emphasize flexible, inclusive, and secure approaches that comply with legislative frameworks and address evolving threats. Coordination with related EU projects and integration of relevant research dimensions, such as gender analysis, are encouraged.
