Description
This scheme aims to make it more attractive for Norwegian research organisations to host recipients of the Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) Postdoctoral Fellowships by providing supplementary funding. The grant is intended to support international collaboration in basic research on complex biological mechanisms, with a strong emphasis on cross-disciplinary and groundbreaking research. Funding can be used to supplement the HFSP fellowship by covering personnel and indirect costs to ensure salary levels align with institutional norms, or to cover other actual research-related expenses. The call is open only to invited Norwegian research organisations hosting HFSP fellows who were awarded a grant from HFSP in March 2026.
