Description
This semester-long program offers an immersive introduction to Mandarin Chinese and hands-on coursework in the history, culture, politics, and contemporary issues of Taiwan. Hosted at Tamkang University in New Taipei City, the program is designed for students interested in understanding Taiwan’s evolving identity, democratic society, and global significance. Courses are taught in English, and all participants receive tailored Mandarin language instruction, regardless of prior experience. The program features cultural excursions, conversation partners, and a supportive environment for academic and personal growth.
