--- ## Description The Trail Blazers Foundation Fund, administered by the Oregon Community Foundation, provides grants to nonprofit organizations supporting youth and families from historically underserved and marginalized communities in Oregon and southwest Washington. Funding is available through three focus areas: LIVE Greener (environmental engagement), LEARN (educational support), and PLAY (physical activity and sports). Grants may support general operations or specific programs, with an emphasis on organizations that engage youth where they live, learn, and play.
