Description
The Trail Blazers Foundation Fund, administered through Oregon Community Foundation, supports organizations positively impacting historically underserved and marginalized communities, particularly youth and families in Oregon and southwest Washington. Grants provide general operating support for organizations with an aligned mission or program-specific support for a major program aligned with the fund’s priorities.
Three funding streams connect this work to where young people live, learn, and play. LIVE Greener creates access to the environment and outdoor spaces for education, preservation, or employment. LEARN supports progress toward high school graduation and key academic milestones. PLAY creates opportunities for children and their families to be active, with priority for basketball programming.
