This opportunity supports workforce development and employment training projects through Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending, as administered by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA). Funding is available only to organizations specifically named in the Explanatory Statement for Division B of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (see Appendix I of the program guidance). Projects must align with the descriptions authorized by Congress and focus on direct training, employment services, or the development/expansion of workforce programs serving a public benefit.
