    Description

    The Erie Community Foundation’s Community Impact Grant Programs provide funding for nonprofit-led programs, projects, and initiatives that address community-identified needs and align with the Foundation’s vision for a united, vibrant, and thriving Erie region. Funding priorities include health, education, economic growth, neighborhood and community development, and regional vitality. Multiple grant types are available, each supporting different project scales and needs, from capacity building and capital improvements to collaborative, transformative initiatives.
