Funding Amounts: Program-specific awards: up to $2,500 for sponsorships through more than $250,000 for Transformational Grants

Description
The Erie Community Foundation’s Community Impact Grant Programs support programs, projects, and initiatives addressing community-identified needs in Erie County, Pennsylvania. The portfolio advances the Foundation’s vision of a united, vibrant, and thriving region for all. Its five priorities are health, education, economic growth, neighborhood and community development, and regional vitality.
Support includes collaborative projects creating meaningful changes in people’s lives, inclusive and equitable collective-impact approaches, and nonprofit capacity building. Opportunities also cover capital purchases, facility improvements, leadership development, essential human services, emergency repairs, and summer activities promoting health and well-being. Dedicated funds support women and families and the LGBTQ+ community, while sponsorships support community events and nonprofit fundraisers.
