--- ## Description Transformational Grants from the Erie Community Foundation are designed to support collaborative programs that deliver substantial, positive change within the Erie, Pennsylvania community. These grants focus on uniting multiple institutions, organizations, and programs to address shared goals in the Foundation’s priority areas: health, education, economic growth, neighborhood and community development, and regional vitality.
