Description
The Transition to Independence Grants, administered by KidneyCure and supported by Satellite Healthcare and other partners, are designed to help early-career faculty establish independent research programs in kidney biology and disease. The program aims to bridge the gap to NIH R01-level funding by providing substantial support at a critical career stage. Projects may address any aspect of kidney biology, disease, or transplantation, with special encouragement for applicants whose backgrounds contribute to diversity in nephrology.
