Description
The Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) is a competitive grant administered by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) that funds projects expanding transportation choices, enhancing safety, and improving the quality of life in communities across Oklahoma. TAP consolidates several former programs (including Transportation Enhancements, Safe Routes to School, and Recreational Trails) into a single funding source focused on non-motorized transportation, connectivity, environmental mitigation, and community improvements.
