Description
The Transportation Alternatives (TA) Program, managed by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, funds local and regional projects that improve quality of life through non-traditional transportation initiatives. This includes the development of pedestrian and bicycle facilities, streetscape enhancements, recreational trails, and preservation of historic transportation assets.
