Description
This program provides funding to Minnesota high school districts, charter schools, tribally controlled schools, and service cooperatives to offset transportation and related costs for staff and students to attend events focused on registered apprenticeship. The goal is to introduce students and educators to apprenticeship opportunities, helping them understand career pathways and workforce options. Eligible activities include transportation to apprenticeship training facility tours, Construct Tomorrow events, and other in-person apprenticeship education events, as well as the cost of substitute teachers needed due to participation.
