    Description

The Kellogg Institute for International Studies at the University of Notre Dame provides partial support for faculty fellows’ research-related travel to scholarly conferences and workshops. The program helps fellows disseminate their research and advances the Institute’s commitment to research excellence and setting the research agenda on issues critical to global democracy.

Supported participation can include keynote addresses, paper presentations, and roundtables. Proposals must fall within international studies and should connect to Kellogg’s core research theme of global democracy. Applicants must explain the international dimension of the work being presented, the conference’s significance within their field, and how participation will contribute to their scholarship. An interdisciplinary committee of Kellogg faculty fellows reviews proposals, and the Kellogg Leadership Team determines awards.
