Description
This fellowship advances the science and profession of engineering by supporting innovative applications of geotechnical engineering or earth sciences that address social, economic, environmental, and political issues. It is intended for practicing engineers, earth scientists, professors, or graduate students engaged in research that contributes to solving complex engineering challenges with broad societal impact. The fellowship is awarded annually based on the technical and social value of the proposed research, the applicant’s professional experience, and prior contributions to the field.
