Triumph Gulf Coast Project and Program Grants provide funding for projects and programs that promote the economic recovery, diversification, and enhancement of eight disproportionately affected counties in Northwest Florida: Bay, Escambia, Franklin, Gulf, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Wakulla. The grants are designed to stimulate long-term economic growth, move communities beyond traditional industries, and build regional resilience and competitiveness. Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., a nonprofit established by the Florida Legislature, administers these funds to support transformational projects across sectors such as infrastructure, workforce and higher education, research and innovation, industry recruitment, and disaster recovery.
