Description
This fellowship provides clinical fellows with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in clinical outcomes research using the STS National Database. Fellows will work closely with the in-house analytics team at the STS Research and Analytic Center, gaining hands-on experience in database management, research study design, statistical methods, risk modeling, and project management. The fellowship emphasizes developing expertise in all aspects of clinical research, from proposal development through to publication, and includes both remote work and periodic in-person collaboration at STS headquarters in Chicago.
