Description
This program provides summer stipends to Williams College faculty for the development of new tutorial courses or the conversion of existing courses into the tutorial format. The initiative aims to broaden the diversity and number of tutorial offerings across all academic departments and levels. Awardees are expected to design or revise their courses over the summer, teach the new tutorial in the following academic year, and offer it at least once more thereafter. The program encourages innovative teaching and supports Williams College's commitment to excellence through its Oxford-style tutorial model.
