Description
The UBC Public Scholars Award, part of the Public Scholars Initiative (PSI), provides funding and support to doctoral students at the University of British Columbia who are committed to linking their research to public benefit. The award encourages innovative and collaborative forms of scholarship that transcend traditional academic boundaries and contribute to the public good. Scholars are expected to participate in PSI programming, attend network events, and present their work publicly, fostering a vibrant community of engaged doctoral researchers.
