The Ukrainian Business Leaders: Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program (UBL PIE) is a U.S. Government-sponsored initiative managed by American Councils for International Education. The program connects mid-level entrepreneurs, innovators, and business professionals from Ukraine with their U.S. counterparts through a fully funded, immersive fellowship. Participants gain firsthand exposure to American business practices, leadership training, and extensive networking.
