The program is designed to build lasting business partnerships between mid-level entrepreneurs, innovators, and business professionals from Ukraine and the United States. Selected fellows participate in a month-long, hands-on professional fellowship with U.S. organizations, gaining exposure to best business practices, leadership training, and valuable networking opportunities. The program aims to inspire innovative solutions, stimulate private sector growth, and strengthen economic ties between Ukraine and the U.S.
Fellows engage in orientation sessions, a full-time fellowship placement in a U.S. business or organization, and a closing program in Washington, DC. Participants also join a diverse alumni network committed to advancing economic development in Ukraine.
