Description
This program provides financial assistance to owners of underground heating oil tanks in Pennsylvania to help cover the costs of cleaning up environmental contamination resulting from heating oil releases. Eligible expenses include tank removal, soil and groundwater remediation, waste transport and disposal, contamination assessment, restoration of disturbed areas, and preparation of required reports. The goal is to support effective remediation and minimize environmental impacts from heating oil leaks.
