Description
The Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Claim Payments program, administered by the Kentucky Division of Waste Management, provides financial reimbursement for corrective action and cleanup activities related to regulated petroleum underground storage tank (UST) systems in Kentucky. The program is funded through the Kentucky Petroleum Storage Tank Environmental Assurance Fund (PSTEAF) and is designed to support owners and operators in meeting regulatory requirements and protecting environmental and public health. Qualifying small owners may also receive support for tank removals.
