Summary: Supports Central Florida artists’ creative projects or professional development, fostering innovation and community impact across disciplines.
This program provides competitive funding to practicing, professional artists, historians, scientists, and creators working across all disciplines in Central Florida (Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties). The award is designed to foster creativity, promote artistic career development, and enhance community impact by enabling artists to pursue specific projects or professional development opportunities. Projects may include new work, events, or activities that advance the artist’s creative practice and contribute to the region’s cultural vibrancy. While projects addressing environmental sustainability are encouraged by a key funder, a wide range of artistic initiatives are eligible.
