--- ## Description Unity Foundation Community Grants, also known as "Power for Good" grants, are awarded annually to support projects that improve the quality of life in La Porte County, Indiana. These grants are intended to address unmet community needs, support one-time or innovative projects, leverage additional resources, and encourage collaboration among local organizations.
