Description
This grant provides emergency funding to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, churches, and schools that are actively supporting individuals and families affected by the March 2026 ice storm and April 2026 flooding in northeast Michigan. Funding is intended to enable rapid response and recovery by covering direct support, cleanup, property repairs, and reimbursement for unexpected emergency expenses. The program prioritizes organizations delivering immediate relief and direct support to residents in the nine-county service area under a declared state of emergency.
