Description
The US Health Care Delivery Initiative (HCDI) from J-PAL North America funds randomized evaluations that seek to address persistent challenges in the US health care system, such as high costs, disparities in access and outcomes, and uncertainty about effective policies and programs. The initiative aims to generate evidence that informs policy and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and equity of health care delivery. Funding is available for full randomized controlled trials (RCTs), pilot studies, and early-stage project development, with a particular interest in research that addresses racial equity and the needs of low-income or marginalized populations.
