Description
The Fulbright Scholar Program’s U.S.-Taiwan International Education Administrators Awards support an intensive, two-week group seminar at institutions throughout Taiwan. Participants learn about Taiwan’s higher education system through government briefings, university visits, cultural immersion, and meetings with international education professionals. The program seeks to strengthen international understanding, build professional networks, and expand participants’ institutions’ capacity for international education.
The seminar is designed for higher education administrators with substantial international responsibilities and international education professionals. It follows a demanding, pre-arranged itinerary rather than a self-directed project. It is not intended for student recruitment, establishing branch campuses, or initiating institutional linkages during the seminar. The Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan) administers Fulbright educational exchange in Taiwan.
