Description
This program provides non-matching gift grants to support the establishment, improvement, or operation of used oil collection centers that serve residents who change their own oil (Do-It-Yourselfers) in New Hampshire. Administered by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), the goal is to ensure proper recycling of used oil at licensed facilities, reducing environmental and public health risks. Funding can be used for equipment, facility improvements, spill control, transportation to recyclers, and related operational costs.
