Description
The Utah Artist Fellowship Program provides $5,000 unrestricted fellowships to individual Utah artists who demonstrate exceptional creativity and are at a pivotal stage in their professional careers. The program is designed to advance artists' careers and support their ongoing development, rather than fund specific projects or recognize lifetime achievement. Fellowships are awarded across three categories: Literary Arts, Performing Arts (rotating disciplines; music in 2026/2027), and Visual Arts & Design Arts. Recipients also gain access to professional development workshops that cover topics such as residencies, taxes, self-promotion, and digital presence. Fellows are selected through a competitive, open application process reviewed by national jurors.
