Description
The Uzbekistan Business Leaders program is a fully funded U.S. fellowship designed for citizens of Uzbekistan in business leadership positions. The program offers selected participants a three- to five-week immersive experience at U.S. businesses, nonprofits, and academic institutions. Fellows gain exposure to modern business tools, leadership concepts, and practical skills through interactive projects and a tailored curriculum, including a leadership and social innovation lab led by Deloitte and a dynamic closing event in Washington, DC.
Participants benefit from personalized mentoring, cultural exchange opportunities (such as living with American families), and the chance to build lasting professional and cultural connections between Uzbekistan and the United States. The fellowship is administered by the American Councils for International Education and funded by the U.S. Government.
