--- ## Description The V2 Communications Fellowship is an annual award established in 2025 to support one BIPOC-identified undergraduate student pursuing a degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, digital marketing & design, or tech marketing. The fellowship combines a $2,500 scholarship with a paid, eight-week, full-time internship at V2 Communications in Boston, MA. V2 Communications is a strategic communications firm working with B2B, climate, and healthcare clients, and the internship offers hands-on experience in integrated communications. --- ## Due Dates - February 2027 (anticipated application deadline) *All dates are projected based on the annual cycle; check the program page for updates.* --- ## Funding Amount - $2,500 scholarship awarded to the selected fellow. - Paid internship: eight weeks, full-time, in-person at V2 Communications in Boston, MA. - Internship compensation: $18.00 per hour. --- ## Eligibility Applicants must meet all of the following criteria: - Identify as BIPOC. - Be a rising junior or senior undergraduate. - Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university. - Major in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, digital marketing & design, or tech marketing. - Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale). - Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide I-9 documentation. - Able to work in person at the Boston office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). - Must have their own laptop and be technologically equipped for the fellowship. **Preferences:** - PRSSA members and those pursuing a career in technology public relations or the tech industry are given preference. --- ## Application Process - Complete the online application form. - Submit a resume. - Provide a personal statement (up to 250 words) describing career goals, how the internship will help achieve them, and any additional expectations for the experience.
