Description
The ValleyCreates Capacity-Building Grants are designed to foster the growth and sustainability of artists living or working in Franklin, Hampshire, or Hampden counties in Massachusetts. Administered by Assets for Artists in partnership with the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, this program provides a $2,500 unrestricted grant alongside a comprehensive suite of professional development resources. Grantees join a 6-month cohort, gaining access to individualized coaching, workshops, business-building tools, and a supportive peer network. The initiative aims to help artists of all disciplines strengthen their creative practice, advance their careers, and build long-term sustainability.
