Description
The Vascular Care for the Underserved (VC4U) Project Grants, sponsored by the Society for Vascular Surgery Foundation, are designed to support innovative, community-based initiatives that address significant disparities in vascular care delivery across the United States. The focus is on underserved populations, particularly those affected by Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). Projects should aim to strengthen local resources for patient care, establish expert referral networks, and employ multidisciplinary approaches to define and address disparities, empower patients, assist local providers, and develop actionable, scalable, and sustainable solutions to barriers in vascular healthcare. The 2025–2026 cycle emphasizes advancing women's vascular health in underserved communities.
